This website is operated by Protein Depot.By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2.Products
We sell sports nutrition, supplements, health, fitness and related products.Product images, descriptions, prices and availability are provided for general information. We try to keep all product information accurate and up to date, but errors may occasionally occur.Products may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

3. Health and supplement information
Information on this website is not medical advice.Supplements should be used as directed by the manufacturer. Always read the label before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, taking medication, or have a medical condition, you should speak to a healthcare professional before using supplements.You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for you.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.We may refuse or cancel an order if product is unavailable, there is a pricing or stock error, payment is not authorised, we suspect fraud or misuse delivery details are incomplete or incorrect. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherise confirm acceptance.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

6. Member pricing
Some products may show member or wholesale pricing. Member pricing is only available to eligible logged-in members. If a member price is displayed or applied incorrectly due to a technical or data error, we reserve the right to correct the order before dispatch. Members are limited to a maximum of £200 of products each month.

7. Fair Use and Purchase Limits Policy
1. Personal Use Only Memberships are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. By subscribing to the Protein Depot Membership, you agree that all products purchased under your membership are for your own personal consumption and are not for resale, commercial distribution, or shared use outside of your immediate household.

Monthly Purchase Cap To ensure all members have equal access to our wholesale inventory and to prevent system abuse (such as bulk-hoarding or unauthorized commercial reselling), a monthly purchase cap of £250 (including VAT) applies to all member-priced orders.This cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.Any orders placed in excess of this monthly limit may be rejected, cancelled, or processed at our standard non-member retail pricing at our sole discretion.
3. Detection of Policy Abuse We reserve the right to monitor account purchasing patterns. If we identify behavior that violates the spirit of this Fair Use Policy—including, but not limited to, purchasing a high volume of goods in a single month followed by immediate cancellation, or sharing account login credentials—we reserve the right to: Cancel any pending orders. Charge your on-file payment method the difference between the member price and the standard retail price for the excess items. Terminate your membership immediately without a refund.

8. Membership
A monthly subscription to Protein Depot as a Depo Pro Member, enable access to a member pricing layer. Subscription starts on the day of purchase and gives access to member pricing for 30 days. Subscriptions auto renew every 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time, which means your renewal will end and access to member pricing will stop at the end of the current subscription period.  You can reactivate your subscription at any time. Recommended Ratail Pricing (RRP) is available without subscription. If you make a members price purchase during any subscription period, you are not eligable for subscription refund, if you have not made a purchase during a subscription period and you wish to cancel you are eligable for a pro-rata refund.

9. Stock availability
Stock levels are updated regularly but may not always be real-time.If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with contact you and offer to cancel the order or issue a partial refund for the product that is un-available. We will also contact you as soon as the product is back in stock.

Shipping

1. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For online sales, UK consumers usually have cancellation rights under distance selling rules. Businesses must provide clear pre-order information, including prices, delivery arrangements, cancellation rights and returns information. You normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us you wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. Refund timing rules are also set out in UK consumer contract guidance. Items must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition unless faulty.For health, hygiene or safety reasons, we may not accept returns of sealed products once opened, unless they are faulty. UK rules allow exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant.We may offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.11. Promotions and discount codesDiscount codes and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.Discount codes cannot usually be combined unless stated.We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional discounts where we believe there has been misuse.

3. Delivery charge
Order weight is limited to 25kg and is included in the standard delivery cost. In cases where an order is over this limit orders will be split into additional packages inccuring a surcharge for delivery. We will inform you of an surcharge prior to dispatch.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.We may suspend or cancel accounts where we suspect misuse, fraud, abuse of member pricing, or breach of these terms.13. In no event shall Protein Depot or its suppliers or associates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided on Protein Depot Internet site, even if Protein Depot or a Protein Depot authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
