Terms and Conditions
1. Discount codes and promotional vouchers are available by completing the registration form. By completing the registration, you give us permission to send you codes from time to time, by email or via txt. You have the right to opt out of this by emailing us with your request. We also use social media to distribute promotional material so follow us @proteindepot.co.uk insta and facebook
2. Discount codes and promotions have validity dates, and some may have a limit on the number of times they can be used in general or by the same customer. To avoid disappointment, make sure you use the codes before you miss out.
3. From time-to-time product you have ordered may go out of stock, if this happens a refund will be issued to your card, and we'll notify you of the issue. We try our best to make sure this does not happen, but some may slip through the tech we employ to stop this happening.
4. Our Discord server is available if you want to chat, sometimes it's live sometimes it's not but we will get back to you. Or you can send us an email. Please choose one and stick to it to avoid being replied to twice. Please include order numbers, email address and mobile numbers in any communication to make sure we have some way or replying.
5. If you have any reason to complain then please send details over by email, and well do our best to resolve the problem asap.
6. If you have any suggestions or products, you'd like us to consider adding as a stock item, stick a request over on discord. Any site issues, please report them to us on Discord.
Shipping
1. Shipping is free when you spend over £50 after any discounts have been applied.
2. We want to make sure we get the products to you asap, if there is a problem we'll let you know other wise sit tight knowing we are working flat out to get your order out!
3. We use a couple of couriers who all keep you informed by email or txt of your order status, so please use a current mobile and email address when you order.
Returns
1. You must in all cases notify us of any damage to the contents of your order asap, Images of the damage to the product must be attached to the email you send. (Use the link above)
2. Your payment method will be refunded in case where you choose a refund, alternatively we will replace the product, this happens following the recipt of the returned product.
3. Products returned due to damage will be sent a postage label. Any other returns postage is your not covered.
4. Refund for return product is issued once the products have be inspected and will be credited to your payment method. We do not accept return or give refund for product that has been used in anyway or patially consumed or had seals broken.
